Where to find your link
Check the shipping confirmation email or SMS we sent when your parcel was dispatched. If you created an account, every order and its tracking sit in your account.
Not received it yet?
We dispatch in 24–48 hours, so the link arrives by the second working day. If it's been longer, or the link isn't updating, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
