Shipping policy

We are a small business shipping handmade jewellery across India. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days depending on your pin code. Metro cities are typically faster; remote pin codes take longer. During festive periods couriers slow down, and we will say so on the site when that happens.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders over ₹999.
Below ₹999 a flat fee applies, shown in your cart before you pay. You will never be surprised at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most Indian pin codes. If it is not available for yours, the option will not appear at checkout.

Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR

For Delhi NCR we can arrange same-day or next-day delivery through Porter. Porter charges are payable by you directly at delivery. Message us immediately after ordering if you want this.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also see orders in your account or visit track order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number — couriers in India rely heavily on a working phone number. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, though we will always try to help.

Failed deliveries

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, or a COD parcel is refused, it returns to us. For prepaid orders we re-ship once at no charge or issue store credit. For repeatedly refused COD orders we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier backlogs happen. We will keep you informed and chase the courier on your behalf, but cannot guarantee dates affected by such events.
